Brussel Sprouts Eaters

When we have a chance to do grocery shopping along with my husband and baby we don't miss to buy brussel sprouts just because we all love it. It was my husband who first introduced this kind of vegetable to me. At first it smelled foul but then I develop an immunity to the smell and now I am loving it as well as my baby. Since we love eating brussel sprout might as well do my research on the benefits it can give to our body. Surprisingly, there are tons of health benefits it can offer to us.

oi babay, may gani kay nasaag ka sa akong gamay nga payag lolz. uwahi man ka balita oi, dugay ra ako due date ug nanganak ko pag dec 7 last year. busy lagi kaayo ug perte kapoya. ang balay perte gubota tawn ug perte aboga. mao nga wa jud post post sa blogs except for sponsored ops kay sayang sad ang income. sunod tuig lain na sad anak hehehe

@ Joy, just broil it, cover with tin foil put some butter, pepper and lil bit of salt then put in the oven. check from time to time then voila! u can have yummy and tasty brussel sprouts
