I don't wish to possess an ipad or iphone as long as I can have my computer, that is fine with me since I do blog and Facebook a lot hehe. Baby Boys Clothes

Three of my friends that are in my Facebook list are pregnant with baby boys! How awesome. Three of them are first time mommy-to-be. I plan of sending one of them some new baby boys clothes as a gift. I know it feels so good when you have somebody actually thinking about your unborn child. I have been so blessed with good friends around giving me plenty of baby girl outfits during my baby shower so this being said, I would like to return the favor, the kindness and thoughtfulness they've showed me when I was still pregnant with my two girls.

Cute baby boys clothes can be bought anywhere or online. It shouldn't be hard on me to pick which one to send. If I were to give clothing, I want it 3 sizes up than the actual age of the baby because you know babies grow like weeds. They outgrow their clothes so fast. Before you know it, some of the new outfits given to you for newborn won't fit anymore when they reach 3 months old.

Shipping Deadlines

I think I have completed my shopping for the two little kids I have. They already have their new beautiful Christmas dresses, toys are done although there are still two coming on the way need to be wrapped. I also sent out at least two separate packages for my friends's daughters locally and one international. I wished I made up my mind on what to give to the other two favorite girls of mine.

Now that the stores and post offices are busy packed with people trying to get their shopping and shipping done, how am I going to finish mine and not worrying that my packages will arrive on time?

I don't like the idea of shopping in the mall these days because I know full well what is going on there, heavy traffic plus you will have to fall in long lines in check out. I am waiting few packages to arrive in the mail today and maybe in the next two days. I expected for the toys I ordered online to be here anytime today and a package from a friend for my little girls. I also am done wrapping up the gifts for both of my girls but I have not placed them under the tree yet for I don't want my first born to be bugging me opening the gifts before Christmas day. What I love about shopping in America is that stores offer clearance sale with the most marked down prices of clothing, baby stuff and in almost everything. Aside from that, they do sell several sizes of clothing for adults from double zeros to double extra large. If you are petite then you look your size at a petite or junior's section of the store or when shopping online, you'll click on the page that says petite. People have different body type and built, different sizes as well so do the dresses.

I am glad to know that shoppers can just shop for the size that fits them. Like the one I know in other states, two of them are plus sizes so I told them to shop for plus size dresses because that surely would fit them right.

While back in the Philippines, if you are a little bit chubby, therefore you are a bit different than everybody else. Because the normal sizes there are from XS to Large. You cannot guarantee it will be easy for you to shop for your clothing because stores there won't normally sell plus sizes.

I am so into online shopping for clothing lately. I shopped specifically for my two little girls. The first born needs new clothing for the coming cold temperatures ahead. She has had outfits from last year but you know toddlers grow faster than you can imagine so here I am now hunting for bargains on the internet. If I think I can get a great deal into something in that particular site, I try to buy one or more items so to so save the shipping or to avail the free shipping promotion.

School started a month ago. Therefore, only very few people left are shopping for school supplies. And stores for sure still have a lot of school supplies need to get rid of before they go old in the store shelves. Most stores once stocks are out of season, they sell them for a much cheaper price. I really do believe now is the time to buy for discount school supply and stock up for the next school year.

If you should just be practical you know you can save a lot of money if you are eager to do what is necessary now that the economy is still down. We know for a fact, that school supplies takes at least 10% of our budget plus you also have to deal with your kids' school projects that will come through out the school year. So we as parents, should find small ways in order to save at least a few bucks.

If you can't find great deals locally then turn to the internet, browse on different online stores and never stop until you find that very store you are comfortable shopping from.

Shopping at Zappos

Have you shopped at Zappos yet? I haven't tried shopping there ever although I heard they carry different brand names and high quality clothing, footwear, bags and handbags, housewares, beauty and etc. it would be nice to try purchasing any items there once of course with a use of Zappos coupons. I am browsing there as I make this entry and I find great stuff for women, men and kids especially. However, I do find their prices are kind of high so using Zappos coupon codes would help.

Great shoes for kids is what I am looking at right now, school shoes, running shoes, flats and sandals they all look beautiful perfect for my little girl but the problem is the full price is way to high for me. And you know me, I don't want to spend money on things that I can get for half price off or discounted at least 30% off. When I go to the department store the very first section or department I go to is the children's clothing department. Why? It's only in America that I see different people of different races from different walks of life with different sizes of body. I, for one from Asia and Asian people are known for being petite and small. So when I came here in America, I found it hard looking for the right size for me until a friend of mine told me to go look at Junior's section. Same as with plus sizes, they do have their own aisle too exclusive only for plus size people. Companies or brands even made plus size jeans and plus size clothing for them. And it is only here in America I have seen plus size models. I was like wow, you can also be sexy being a plus size. It is just that some people are naturally curvy even if they are chubby and all.

Swimming Pool Covers

Lucky are those who have swimming pools in their backyard for they can just jump in it whenever they feel like swimming. We don't have one except that small kiddie inflatable pool for our little girl but she cannot use her pool everyday. It is too tiring to clean it and fill it up with water every time she wants to use it. It is also such a waste of water when she could only use it once then the following day, leave the pool uncovered so the result is we have to throw away the water that's in there and replace it with fresh from the faucet.

Online Shopping For Filipino Goodies

I do online shopping mostly for clothes, lotions and other stuff but not Filipino goodies. It was my first time to do grocery shopping on the internet. If it wasn't because of the natural vinegar I so wanted to have, I wouldn't do the shopping online. I ordered for some junk foods, instant noodles, Milo malt drink for my girl and flat tops chocolate along with "suka pinakurat" last Monday and the package that cost me ten bucks arrived late this afternoon.

I am happy and content the goodies are here. Now I can have something to use when I fry some salted fish, for all you know salted fish taste even better when  paired with "suka pinakurat". This will probably be my first and last shopping for Pinoy grocery on the internet, I am pregnant and it was just a trip waking up early morning and just thought of buying those stuff without thinking whether it's right or not. The shipping just cost too much but all in all I am happy of what I bought.
