Hip Hop Style

I was laughing to death last night when I saw my baby trying to pull her diaper a little low as low as it could go to show the crack in between of the two mountains in her back. I thought it was just so funny and so I did my very best to take couple shots of it. My husband told me that I shouldn't tolerate our baby doing it as he doesn't want Jadyn to become like a ghetto. He deals a lot of them at work and he's pissed and tired of looking at the very low pants out there.

Back to my baby, she really is so big now and knows how to entertain her mommy. I also share a photo of her just woke up with a style of hair raising up! Guess, this will become the baby hairstyle when 2020 comes.

...... hip hop eh???

Are You Ready For A Hawaiian Vacation?

Are you ready for a Hawaiian vacation? That question could be the sweetest question ever pop out from my husband's mouth if he is going to ask me that. For sure with no hesitation I would gladly say a big YES to him right away and pack my things right there and then. But, that is way too far from happening in reality. Maybe not now but someday it will. Huh wishful thinking me!

Seriously, I envy people who live in Hawaii especially if they are living close to Maui Resort because I heard it is such a very nice resort to stay in. In fact, it is where most Maui Weddings and honeymoons are happening. If you're planning to go for a vacation in Hawaii, Ka'anapali Resort in Maui is "no ka oi" (the best). So don't go anywhere except the Mau Resort. A little geographical information about Ka'anapali Resort. It is located on the beautiful Hawaiian island Maui which is perfect for honeymooners to go especially this summer.

Some of the wonderful activiies you get to do staying at that hotel are swimming in a whale-shaped pool, numerous ocean activities, and dozens of complimentary Hawaiian activities, world-class golf, unique shopping, hiking, biking, and so much more. If I were to go to Hawaii, I definitely want to experience horseback riding along Hana Coast for the first time in my life. It sure would be fun to do!

My Most Hated Season of The Year

Here comes summer!! Which I hate so very very much. Arggssss at this point I don't even wanna think about it because it sucks! It just gets too hot here in Texas that I feel it's breaking my skull when I go outside and gives me headache. I know most people especially the Americans are happy but not me. I would rather stay in the house for the whole three months than go elsewhere and suffer of headaches when the sun is down.

I asked my husband to go somewhere fun tomorrow and suggested to him if we can go to the Stockyards and he gave me that sour grimace look on his face. I know what that means if he do that, he doesn't wanna go there which I understand because he has a lot of reasons. That is ok with me though, it's just not the best time going to Stockyards where walking a lot is required and it's already very hot!

Hope I can come up with the idea of a perfect place to see tomorrow before this day ends so me, the baby and the husband can all enjoy together as a family this weekend.

C'elle is leading the scientific breakthrough

I have read the very amazing breakthroughs of C'elle circulating on the internet and it has proven by many clients who have used the stem cell preservation within their family. When I first heard of the word C'elle, I was curious as to what this all about and did a quick research of this thing. That is how I learned that Cryo-Cell has served over 175,000 clients worldwide. It empowers women to collect and cryopreserve their own menstrual stem cells for future potential therapies of some diseases like stroke, diabetes, heart disease and cancer.

Meanwhile, knowing all those good benefits we can get from C'elle service I came across a blog written solely by Ms. Walton which she calls C'elle Blog in which she writes further explanation and other information that C'elle has brought to people's lives. The blog itself is indeed informative. The woman behind it is no other than Ms. Walton that has served as Director of Cryo-Cell International since October of 2000. She shares her knowledge and expertise by writing it in her blog as well as to let it be known to the public that Cryo-Cell is a pioneer in non-controversial stem cells.

Visit C'elle Blog to listen more of what she has to say about this leading scientific breakthrough called C'elle.

Perfect Food For Me

I am privileged to have lived in a place where filipino foods, veggies/ fruits and meats are bountiful. We are situated in the center of the city where Oriental or Asian markets are just 10 minutes away. That enables me to buy my intestines' preferred food. Nothing could be better to cook my own food the way I want it.

I don't mind eating "utan bisaya or monggos"- native stew everyday either as this is what I used to eat back home. Just look at the photos, aren't they worth your drool?

Makes Me Wanna Go There Too!

There is no better way to have a great time this summer than taking a trip to Branson, Missouri. One of the bloggers just got back home from their vacation in Branson and I can tell by the way she stated things during their vacation they both had so much fun over there. Being said that, it makes me want to go there too! I don't know when but all I know is that I am now convinced that Branson is perfect for summer vacation for the whole family.

Of course if being in a place you have never been before, you would want to stay at a comfortable and safer place like Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing or the sister hotel Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel that offer some of these packages; Hotel Bed and Breakfast, Golf Package, Third Night On Us, Romance Package and a whole lot more. The hotels are of course situated within the electrifying entertainment capital of the Midwest in Branson, Missouri.

Some of the things I would love to attend or see if ever given a chance to see Branson are the exciting Father’s Day Salute, National Kid’s Fest at Silver Dollar City, the 10th Annual Clown Jam, live entertainment and theaters.

Stressed Out?

Of what? Of doing nothing? Honestly speaking I am worn out just by sitting in the computer all day long. I didn't feel like doing any chores at all that is why I spent my whole day sitting. I did my dropping, doing online tasks, watching tv, looking after the baby, showering and that is all it!

We had such a fairly nice weather and cooler temperature today and yet I chose to be lazy instead of breathing fresh air and exercising a bit by wandering around the neighborhood. So stressed out now really. Not just physically but mentally as well. Too many things lingering in my mind right now or worse even until tomorrow or the day after. Geezzz enough ranting I better go and start the movie left unfinished last night.

get rid of those puffy bags under your eyes

Women are so conscious of their looks especially the face for it is the first thing being noticed when someone look into you. This I so agree because I even feel that myself when I am around other people whom I meet the first time. Yes, I remember there was an instance when I had to face the very important person to making my dream a reality, facing the US Consul at that time I had yet to undergo my interview for my visa. A night prior to that, I really had restless night full of emotions, anxiety, excitement and most of all the feeling of anticipation of joining my husband in the U.S.

Situations like that could most likely give people those most hated bad dark circles or puffy bags under our eyes. So talking about my experience above, I went to the U.S Embassy looking a little bit tired. Thankfully though I had a very supportive friend who gave me all the tips and encouragement for my interview as well as making those dark circles quite not obvious by applying some eye cream to help improve the look of my lower eyes and looking pleasant before the eyes of the consul. She did a great job in doing my dark circles actually.

Then recently when I went to eye cream review website, I found out she was using The Dermajuv Brand which comes first on the list of the reviewers on that site. Well, anyways my experience at the embassy was quite an adventure for me and I got my visa approved. Flew to US last March 13,2006 to live here for good.

Very Neat

Why do babies still looking cute despite of the messy face they have? I am sharing this pictures of my baby taken yesterday after she fought a bar of ice cream sandwich. She was in the living room and left here there because she insisted on holding it by herself. So I just let her do it and went to my computer... moments later that is what I found!

She was already very messy, waxing the floor with her ice cream and the feet are just awfully sticky too. I couldn't be mad at her instead giggling silently as she really looked cute in the actual situation than in the picture!

Grilled Fish For Dinner

I meant to post this picture of my dinner on the fifteenth by I forgot.Again it was my husband who grilled the fish for me.

I knew he hated the smell and yet he did it.Although the fish wasn't fresh but it was still delicious eaten along with rice and cucumber in vinegar and soy sauce. Isn't this worth the drool?

J. Crew dress

My husband's best buddy's daughter is getting married next month, I received the invitation card just yesterday and I feel excited attending her wedding even if it just weeks ahead. This is going to be the second wedding that I am going to attend and this time it's going to be nicer since I know the bride and groom to be already. Too much excitement I have clothes prepared for that gathering. Not too formal though but it's presentable enough for her wedding.
Speaking of dresses, I just came across to this website that exclusively sells J. Crew dress called Stylehive that connects stylish people. The featured dress on their site right now is so so fabulous and sexy but I am astonished of the price!

Read below the description of the dress and let me know if the price is worth it.

Americanized?

...not so. It's just that it is freaking hot here now where we are. If some other states up north are still experiencing 30 degrees in the morning here in Texas not anymore. That is long been gone and I wished for cool temperature now that we are getting close to Summer. My husband teased me last night saying "hey you are filipina you shouldn't feel hot because it is not right now!". He said that because I asked him if the air conditioning was still on because I felt really hot, nose sweating can you believe that? He teased me again that I became americanized now because I even need the A/C running for the whole day.

Ask For It And He Will Give It To You

There are times when blogging world is so empty and so lonely without any opps to do. For some reasons all paid blogging sites would coincide of not releasing tasks to their people. Other times blogging can get so busy just like today. I have quite many opps to do. In fairness, I've done 2 so far each with 200 words per requirement. I am not even halfway of my tasks and I'm already worn out. It is ok though, this is what I need to keep my paypal fatter and to be occupied during idle hours of the day.

Thank You Lord! You are so good. I asked for some opportunities from you last night and you grant them to me. This is what I notice, if I just keep using my computer and not asking help from the Heaven above I would get nothing but when I do, blessings pusot pusot pud! How lucky I am!

The Family That Watches Movie Together Stays Together

During working days me and my husband and the baby can only get to spend time together during night time by watching a movie all three of us together. When he arrives home from work at 8 pm we cannot be close to each other because each one of us has each other's business to do on the internet. Me dropping ECs and chatting while he is keeping up to date of what is happening out there by reading news all over the world online. By ten or eleven in the evening we then watch a movie that he brings home every night.

His favorite renting station is the local BLOCKBUSTER rental store located just 3 blocks away. Tons of movies to choose from including blu-ray DVD as well as latest releases. The problem of local rental is that my man is working and he is the only one that drives in this family. Sometimes he forget to return the DVD the following day so we are being charged extra. I don't drive so the DVD will be left in our house until my husband remembers to return it. NO return, no rental of new movies. Thanks to BLOCKBUSTER online they have us covered. I can just rent a new movie and return it all together after the new rented movie is finished.

Taken Movie Review

For two nights we watched this movie called Taken an action/adventure genre. For me it was one of the best movies we ever watched. I have seen a lot of movies but only very few caught my attention and leave me thinking about it for one full night even in bed. If I were to rate this movie, I would give 4 and a half stars out of 5 because it's just superb, taking my breath away from the beginning 'till the end. And guess what? I was kind of upset for it ended too soon. I was asking for more of this movie but what can I do? You might wanna try watching it too and see it for yourself whether you like it or not. Uses Of Mango

mango Pictures, Images and Photos

Oh I am just happy to know that my baby loves eating different kinds of frutis including mango. If she starts holding food in her mouth and if mango is available in the kitchen, I would just giver her some of it and she'll be able to swallow the food down to her stomach. Ok, why do people love mango? I for one is so crazy over this fruit. What are the nutrients that we can get out of eating mango? Read below if you want to know.

In the Philippines, unripe mango is eaten with bagoong. Dried strips of sweet, ripe mango are also popular, with those from Cebu exported worldwide. Guimaras produces a delicious mango.

Mango is rich in a variety of phytochemicals and nutrients that qualify it as a model "superfruit", a term used to highlight potential health value of certain edible fruits. The fruit is high in prebiotic dietary fiber, vitamin C, polyphenols and carotenoids.[12]
Mango contains essential vitamins and dietary minerals. The antioxidant vitamins A, C and E comprise 25%, 76% and 9% of the Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) in a 165 g serving. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, 11% DRI), vitamin K (9% DRI), other B vitamins and essential nutrients such as potassium, copper and 17 amino acids are at good levels. Mango peel and pulp contain other phytonutrients, such as the pigment antioxidants - carotenoids and polyphenols - and omega-3 and -6 polyunsaturated fatty acids.

bathrooms

Of all the parts of the house that I don't clean is the tub. The tub is old and the tiles are hard to clean. Harden particles in the tub are just so difficult to remove and so I leave the job to my husband. It is the only part that I dread to do and the rest of the area like the sink and toilet bowl are okey with me.

I wish we can have our bathroom remodeled but it is not the permanent house we intend to stay forever so we will just keep it as it is right now. When we are able to move out to a bigger place, we will then start looking for bathrooms styles and start beautifying it. As long as my husband have all the strength to clean it over and over again then I think there is no problem with our bathroom at this point.

If you are planning of buying things for your bathroom, Betterbathrooms.com is currently having a stock clearance of up to 55% off RRP. Hurry now while supplies last. Everything you need for your bathroom could it be bath furniture, tiles, bathroom suites, bathroom taps, baths whirlpool baths and many others, Betterbathrooms.com is a place to go.

Must Love Water Eh?

Is it summer already? It's getting hot here in Texas you know? During the day, I have to keep the A/C running because of the heat. Anyways, photos attached are the latest snaps of my baby. As you can see she enjoyed the bubbly water out in the backyard today.

It was her first time to use the little pool and she indeed liked it even if she was alone (ehh hehe mommy can't get in the pool, too heavy eh!) playing. It was windy outside, she was under the shade of trees and the water is kinda cool that made her shivering the whole time she was out there. I took her out the water and she wanted to play longer but hey I'm the mommy I shouldn't let my baby rule over me.

Charter's Internet Phatband Speed

There is this internet advertisement on t.v that I find hilarious to watch. You know me, when it is commercial time I put the t.v on mute because I find them very irritating. But the only ad I like is the one that has something to do with internet connection. The man has to climb up a ladder for him to be able to catch a wifi signal on his computer then another man came to promote his internet subscription that he is so proud of.

If in real life this is happening to some people or to you then maybe it is time for you to switch subscription to Charter. Currently they are offering what they call Ultra60. To read for information about this visit the Ultra60 Information Page right away so you get to know what are those benefits that comes in this package. If you are also a big fan of twitter, you may subscribe Charter’s Twitter Feed and follow the company's latest and hottest news.

Oh a little information about Charter's Ultra60 Mbps service is that it is the fastest Internet speed in the St. Louis market and one of the fastest in the U.S. And if you are living in St. Louis you will be happy to know that it is currently available in your area, Ultra60 will be rolled out to other areas along with other high-speed products throughout 2009.

Mouth-Watering for Pregnant Filipinas

I saw this very crunchy looking green mango in FS last night and snagged it so I'll make paibog-ibog to all who crave for it. Even myself drooling over this ginamos and raw mango. So yummy and so perfect dip in ginamos. Who wouldn't love it? I think most filipinas if not all love to eat this type of mango that can only be found in the Philippines eh.. Lami nga lami jud! Ato ni bay!

outskirts press

I am earning my free time more than computer moment in the midday. Blogging is no longer my first priority as it slowed down when the economic crisis started. To keep myself occupied when baby is asleep is to read online articles or open my filipino pocket novels that I have for two years stocked in the drawer.

I just love to read something that I can understand in my own language you know? By doing so, it makes me fall inlove again over characters that only exist in pocket novels. It is better this way than watching depressing stories in the court of Judge Judy. Ok, I must finish this real quick now as I am dying to open my book again or practice singing using my new toy, the Magic Sing that my husband had given to me days ago.

But before I go, let me just let you know all self publishers out there, here is your chance to earn your six figure advances now by using Outskirts Press. I should say this company truly understands that marketing is a huge part of an author’s success and, unlike most self-publishing firms, offer promotional advice and marketing services extending for years after publication.

If you are picky on the stuff you have to put in your car, make sure you put the original part and buy only at a reliable and trusted website like www.powersteeringpros.com. You will be assured that all their products all fresh come straight from the box and they are all brand new.

Not Much of A Water Drinker

Two major things that make me worried of my baby. First thing is that if she doesn't eat good, that makes me pull my hair until my skull get swollen. Second is that she is not much of a water drinker. We are approaching summer and drinking lots of water is a must. I am worried if she gets dehydrated for it is very hot here now and all she can drink is just very small amount of water

I should say that mother like daughter. I am not a big fan of drinking lots of water too. What can I do? Wish baby will change once she is passed the toddler stage of her life. Right now, I can forgive her lolz...

Lemon For Skin Blemishes

It was my friend Rose who taught me how to use lemon on to my skin to get rid of skin blemishes like black/white heads. I was wondering what she used on her face it looks so clear and clean and then she told me honestly to use lemon twice a week.

I have been using it myself for 2 months now and I see the progress of my skin especially in the face. Here is how I do it. I squeeze the lemon juice and put some sugar in it and mix together until it dissolves. Lather on damp skin in the shower, rub skin thoroughly in circular motion and massage a little bit. Wait for five minutes before you rinse. Pat dry! Then expect for clean and smooth feeling after shower!

Kissimmee Vacation

Summer is almost here. Just 2 more weeks and it is going to be so hot here in Texas. With that being said, going somewhere with plenty of beaches around would be so good. One best example to go is Kissimmee, Florida. I know few Filipinas living in that place and they are inviting me and my family to come over so we can all enjoy our summer vacation at the beach. Yeah that is indeed a good idea but my concern is that we are kind of tight in our budget as always. It takes enough money to get all three of us to a vacation.

Since Kissimmee is giving away (3) weekend getaways (3 days/2 nights) for two (2); and two (2) week-long vacations for four (4) might as well register myself in the raffle so I can win. I am amazed of the said news because my dream of visiting that particular place will soon come into reality if ever I will be picked as one of the lucky winners.

If you are dreaming of enjoying the water parks or wanting to be on the beach in Kissimmee. You may want to join the contest as well.

Smiling Baby, Happy Mommy!

Thankfully baby Deden is now back to normal. She is talking, playing, making a mess and eating good now. After 4 days of being like an elderly, she has now recovered from her sickness. Loud laughs can be heard in this house because of her. As this moment I am writing this, she is behind me playing with her diaper and making a lot of babyish sounds

She must stay healthy because that is the only thing that can put my mind at ease. I don't want a sick baby and I don't want a whiny baby either. Thank you Lord, baby Deden is nowwwww good!

Best Of Time

So Mother's Day is over and I think I had fun celebrating it with my baby and my friend. Now that it's over, Father's day comes next in the next couple of weeks. My concern is that, I want to make it special for my husband as he made it so big for me on Mother's day. Therefore I want to return the big favor he gave me.

Since he is so picky when it comes to buying personal stuff for him, might as well look at genuine watches at Best Of Time online shop and see if they can give me a good deal of a really nice and good quality watch. Watches that are high end are kinda expensive but there is no harm in looking for them online.

Soaking Wet Monday

Today, we started our day very early. My husband and I woke up at 8:30 a.m which is too early for me but not for him since he's working and it's his usual waking up time which I find it a little difficult. It was raining and kinda cool that adds up to my laziness but had to get going anyways for my orthodontic's appointment.

I had my mouth checked to be ready for braces in the next few weeks once everything is worked out including cleaning and treatment of my teeth at my personal dentist as well as the paper works/financial matter. We learned that our insurance doesn't cover any of the braces expense so we will be paying the whole amount of $4,200 from our own pocket. That sounds very ouch to us but it's the typical amount we have to pay if we really want my smile to be fixed. Do you think it's worth the investment?

Sick Baby and 4 Vaccines Today

It's been two days now since baby Deden is so fussy and running a fever from time to time. She woke up unwell yesterday morning and kinda warm. I knew it when she sick for she doesn't do things that she usually does when she is ok. Two factors why she is unwell. First, she is growing a molar then she also got a sore in her tongue. I can only understand why she acts so sick. She wouldn't even want to swallow her food because it hurts.. it is very painful to have a sore in the mouth.

Even though she wasn't feeling well today, we brought her to her pedia for a scheduled vaccination. We cannot afford to delay it and wait another couple of weeks to have her injections because she is already very late with MMR, Chickenpox and Hepatitis vaccines(supposedly she had it upon turning one last Jan. but PI dalo kaayo sa ila vaccine.) So tonight, it must be triple the pain she is carrying, from 4 needles injected to her legs, molar and the sore! What did she do to deserve the pains? Really really poor baby of mine.

OH yeah, I should stop this nonsense posting now and go attend my baby as she keeps whining in the living room. Have a nice evening everyone!

Multiple Unknown Charges

For two nights, we were being charged for multiple unknown transactions that neither me or my husband did. The first two charges were $1.50 and $24 by a video game company called Enix then it happened again last night of $1.50 and$86 in two different places MN and London.

It is so shocking to know that somebody might have stolen our card information and used it. This is so scary! One of the most horrible things I dreaded to ever happen to us yet it is really happening now. Anyways, my husband is already taking care of it. He went to the bank and request to cancel or change the account and have our cards replaced. Hope it won't happen again to us or to anyone!

When She Was A Young Child

Looking at newborns and other babies that are below one year old today makes me wanna go back to the times when I had my Jadyn as cute as the one in the picture above. If only I can turn back the hands of time, I would choose to be taking care of my baby at 3-11 months old because those times she was very entertaining.
I soooooooo missed my once newborn Jadyn! Guapa man gud ehhhhh...

A Mother's Day Gift

Mother's Day is approaching so fast. In five days, all mothers in the world will be applauded for being brave and endlessly caring for their children and family. Husbands and kids, it's time to show how much you love your wife and mother by simply touching their heart with your warm affection. Flowers can wilt and die that is worthless. This time give them a more meaningful gift like the Cryo-Cell U-Cord especially to mothers-to-be or new moms.

Every gift that I receive from my husband on Mother's Day is meaningful and for that I appreciate all the things he'd given me. But, wouldn't it be nice if I receive something that is worthwhile? I mean something that can be used in the future when sickness sets in? Since Cryo-Cell U-Cord Blood banking is now available for purchase, next time I may have to ask him the gift if ever we decide to have another baby. Who knows it might save his life or our children's life in the future.

Cryo-Cell U-Cord has saved family lives of over 17,000 in number worldwide through preservation of newborn's umbilical cord blood for us of deadly diseases like stroke and diabetes.

Back Pain

For some reason back pain that I'm suffering for a week won't go away. It ruins my mood in the morning upon waking up. I tried to position myself comfortably when sleeping at night but that will only be good during the first hours of sleep then in the morning I find myself in fetus-like position again that triggers the pain.

Wish I know how to use my husband's inversion table and see if it's gonna work for me. The only thing that I dislike about it is that it turns my body upside down that makes me wanna throw up.

lifeguard swimsuits

When I was younger, I used to watch every episode of Baywatch show on television. I just love how the characters save lives of drowning people in the crashing waves of the ocean, the place is amazing and most of all, I so love the female lifeguards wear their Lifegaurd Swimsuits. I thought they were very very sexy in it. I wish Baywatch still exists until today.

Oh by the way, if you work as a lifeguard and need a proper swim wear, there's a place for you to go that is www.sunwavesports.com and buy your Lifegaurd Swimsuits today and be looking good during Summer.
