This is what I made for myself this morning for my breakfast. I'm thinking since I am overusing myself lately,I thought of treating myself a nice and heavy meal every morning to regain the lost strength from last night's activity.I mean yesterday's computer till midnight...ah shall I say daily activities..computer..computer..computer that really wore me out..knock down..
Isn't this making you hungry? Also,I need to eat alot of red meat and veggies to gain some more pounds. I am making progress a little bit now,4 lbs. in one month,imagine that...too hard to be doing it..args...
