Pork Liver and My Mama

I love eating pork liver. They say it has lots of nutrients that you can get out of eating pork liver. It also helps giving color to your hemoglobin..i don't know if its true. I love its taste hmmm so yummy and when we went to the Asian Market and I saw it, I quickly grab the pork liver because long time I have not eaten the liver and I missed it so very much.



It reminds me of my mama when I was still in Cebu.She used to grill me half cooked pork liver inorder to help my anemia.Though it wasn't bad but she was kinda scared of me not being able to pass my medical exam coz of low level of hemoglobin. Now,that I have it here in America and mama isn't here..All I can do is reminisce the memory treasured in my long-term memory of the brain that I had once.

Mahilig diay kag pork liver ha ingun bitaw sila kadaghanan nga maayo daw na sa atong health.Mingaw na sad ka ni mama nimo bisan pa man sa iyang kayawyawan dai mingawon sad gyud ta sa atong mama kay sila man gyud gaatiman nato labi na kung manganak naka puhon maka relate na gyud ka unsay kinabuhi ug inahan.Touched ko sa imong entry dah!Na hala pa reminisce nalang kay di man makab ot si mama sa imong mga kamot sa karon hehehe.
