Are You Buying A Home?

Are you looking for a possible home to build your family? Is this your first time to buy a house? If you are then you are lucky. Good news to you all for first time home buyers and those who have not owned in the last three years for you can receive $8,000 tax credit. Homeowners who have lived in a current home consecutively for 5 of the past 8 years can receive up to a$6,500 tax credit.

I heard about it a few months back and how nice and cool it is. The federal income tax credit for homebuyers has been extended and expanded to now include homeowners who wish to "move on" after 5 years of living in their current property, as well as first-time homebuyers. Of course this could be a good news for people who plan of purchasing a house. Too bad though, my husband isn't a first time homebuyer. He had owned several houses from the past and for that there is no way he can avail for the tax credit.

Since the economy is slowly picking up, you might want to take homebuying seriously, I mean I am talking to the ones who are hesitant to buy a home now, since the federal income tax credit for homebuyers has been extended. This could be your chance to take advantage of the great offer.
