I hardly drink water. I only drink water if my body wants it real bad. Since it's summer I try to drink as much water every hour to come up with the total of 8 glasses a day. I started this journey yesterday and was able to drink that many glasses of water at the end of the day. I felt drowned, lol but I know this is for my own good and eventually perhaps I will get used to it. Drinking a lot of water makes me do frequent trips to the bathroom!
