I forgot I bought a tray of pork blood at the Asian market last month. I thawed it already thinking that I could make a dish out of it today. I don't have other ingredients for blood stew or what we call Dinuguan, might as well make use of my pork blood. I am still gonna go ahead and make the said dish to contain my craving for it.
