Kids Are Enjoying The Summer

While a lot of people especially those who work outdoor already feeling the blazing heat of Summer, these two kids pictured below seem to enjoy the heat of the sun. Kids are kids and even there are just the two of them they feel like they own the whole world. I love watching them outside to be honest. I am somewhat glad my four-year old child has found a friend next door because they can just play anytime they want either in our house or at Isabella's grandma's house next door. Temperature outside while they enjoyed so much of the water was 104 degrees F. Water splashes and watermelons are definitely two ways to beat the heat.

Dressing Comfortably In Summer

So this is it! It is now officially summer. You could feel the searing heat in the afternoon than the past days. Even early in the morning, you could feel the difference from Spring morning temperatures than of Summer's. I was out there  this morning spent an hour watering my flower beds and I tell you what, it was 84 degrees F at 8 in the morning. Yes, that's how hot it is here now.

However, there are small ways to beat the uncomfortable Summer heat. If you don't have a ground pool outside, buy an inflatable one at the store or stay indoor if you don't have business to do outside. Secondly, is dress comfortably and lightly. Being comfortable doesn't have to comprise your style. You can still be stylish and still comfortable by choosing the appropriate clothes. Bright colored sundresses, tank tops, short shorts, flowy skirts and flip flops, sandals/ wedges are commonly worn in Summer. Personally, layering is a no no for me, that can wait a little later when the temperatures cool down or in early Fall.

Be cool guys and drink plenty of water!!

Long Days Of Over A Hundred Degrees

If I am not mistaken it has been 20 days of over a hundred degrees of temperature here in Texas. 103 degrees is a common temperature everyday we are experiencing here and of course that is not included the heat index. Yeah, with heat index 103 degrees Fahrenheit will feel like 108 or more. Imagine living in such a place like Texas.

Looks like it's gonna be like this for the rest of the week. Hopefully next week, the temperature will cool down a bit for a few degrees but even so, it wouldn't make any difference for we would still be feeling that warm and muggy temperature through out the month of August.

Different Sizes In Bikini

Summer reveals different sizes of men and women in bikini. I have seen a lot of fat assess rather than firm and sexy ones in water parks. Why is that? Based in my personal experience, American women are slimmer and sexier before they have a child but once they get pregnant and after having a baby, they turned into a giant monster that seemed too hard to get back to their pre-pregnancy body. No offense meant to people who are obese but that is just what I see wherever I go.

If you want to argue with this, just take a look at the photos below.... solid proof of them..

....... I guess you have an idea of who that woman in orange stripe top (me-- 2 years after having my baby, I am not sexy but I can still call myself thin) above versus the woman behind her.. American versus Asian size are way too different...
........ I find these two photos right here to be sexy although the lifeguard below looks in her teenage years yet she looks athletic..

.........and here are the bigger women carrying their kids with layers of fat around their waist and belly. I always thought that "mine" is so big that I try to control how much food I eat now but I shouldn't feel pity for myself for I know there are those a lot worse than me....

A Day At The Pool With Irish

Irish is Annie's sister if you don't know it. She came all the way from Pennsylvania to visit her sister in Texas and to meet some Annie's friends as well that includes ME. I was able to meet her three times during her whole stay here in the state for a month. I was glad we were able to bond a lot before she could go home. I treasure the moment I had with her for we don't know as of yet when she is going to be able to see us here again.

Last Saturday we went to the nearest water park and brought the little ones, Baden and Bigail to the pool so they can have a splash. Not only the little ones did enjoy the water but the adults as well. It was so fun that all of us were talking and laughing the whole time we were there.
