Baby #2 And Grandma Jean's 1st Meeting

The whole family visited Jean, my FIL's girlfriend in San Antonio last Monday until Wednesday of this week. We are glad we got to see her once again after 8 months. It was baby M and Jean's first meeting together, and guess what? It made her Christmas! She was just so happy to have us in her place. She is like a family to us and us to her. Imagine she hasn't seen nor visited by her own sons in 30 years!

When we bade goodbye to her after the third day, we got her teary-eyed. Poor old woman, she had nobody, not a single blood family visited her on Christmas...nobody but US!

Tired Body

Guess I am gonna have my second total body massage soon for I feel so tired and exhausted from yesterday's trip from Kawasan Falls. I feel weak all the time, muscles aching all over and I'm kind of irritable plus the fact that my girl is not eating good lately. I need that total body massage in order for me to feel better so then I will be ready to go for a long trip again visiting my grandmother, cousins and aunties in Davao in two weeks time.

Tomorrow we plan of going to South because my other grandmother (mama's) mother is waiting on me. I am excited, you bet. I bet it's going to be another long day for me and Jadyn! Sigh! It's okay though, I have planned this trip long before I could fly in the Philippines and tomorrow will be the realization of this dream. To visit her and experience the simple way of living I had when I was only a small kid.

Bonding time With Dada

Despite of the busy days of my husband, he makes sure that he could spend time with his daughter from time to time. A ten-minute bonding will do during work days. But if its the weekend or when we are out traveling, our baby girl sure receives more than ten minute of her dada's time. Last weekend on our way home from San Antonio, we stopped by at Cabela's to see some grills they have. While in the store we managed to look around and explore the whole store ourselves until we saw this little shooting range upstairs where we had some time shooting at the statue they had using a rifle.

So nice of my husband for teaching his kid how to at least pull the trigger so he can shoot at the figures. Jadyn herself had fun too, I knew it for she showed interest and the smile on her face is priceless. After we used all our tokens we went ahead and explore some more good stuff at Cabela's.
