Weeeeew I am so much happier now that I satisfied my craving for embutido because it was a success although it took too long to make it. Not only I like but my husband does too. In fact, he is bringing a whole roll of it every morning to work for breakfast and just minutes ago, he told me what I call the thing that he's been eating for it's such a good stuff and I guess he likes the taste of it too! Wow this became his favorite... I didn't know that he's gonna like the dish but I just went ahead and make it anyway. I made it for myself and not for the husband to eat. Out of two pounds of ground pork, I made at least 9 medium size rolls of embutido! Yum!
