Joker Costumes, mascot of favorite food chains like Ronald Mcdonald are best for birthday parties. Why? Because children love them. I have been to a few birthday parties but for some reason they don't hire one for their kids, I wonder why that is? Unlike in the country I came from, these kind of people wearing costumes are almost present to birthdays to those who can afford to pay them in an hourly rate.
