Isn't it mouth-watering? I like this kind of fish for grilling,it is meaty and have some fats in each side.Best match for grits(my preference) and dip in spicy soy sauce with vinegar and diced tomatoes.
On my birthday I would like to treat myself with same kind food,sinugba'ng isda.
